Owner of Estelle's Bar. "Grandmother packing a gun," always smoking a cigarette, so head always encased in haze of smoke. Teased red bouffant hair that gave her a few more inches. Drawn-on eyebrows. Tiny. Raspy voice, sometimes a deep-throated croak. TLC 01

Estelle liked having cops around her business. She said it kept away a lower element. Estelle claimed she knew best what people needed to drink or eat and often ordered for someone before they had a chance to say anything different. TLC 01/
