The Eyes

TUMB 11/11 Tyler maintains contact with a magical source nicknamed "The Eyes" because that's about all you see of him, two solid-yellow glowing eyes not attached to a body Not human, guarded by a kilomea (purple suit, gold chains, looks like an ogre pimp),and demands prices in energies and bodies, not money. Lives in a converted warehouse. Hallways and other rooms full of people getting high off of something smoking, tinged with magic.

Tyler went to him for information about the Council. For that information, The euyes demanded a live body, to be bought to him. Condition doesn't matter, just alive. Tyler does so, and receives information (latitude/longitudinal coordinates) that would pinpoint the location of the Council, and their minions. The eyes used Tyler's offering, Stone Hanson, a sex slaver, for experiments on the limits of pain the human mind can stand.

Tyler goes to him only when absolutely necessary.

TUMB 12/09 Kathy goes to The Eyes, to gather info about Brownstone's attackers. This time inner guards were two gnomes, not the elf and a human guard Tyler had mentioned.She confronts him in her usual style, and he allows her to go, after giving her the information she requested. He feels that she has much more potential than Tyler.

TUMB 12/24 Kathy so far has passed all of the tests with which the Eyes has challenged her, and only Eyes knows what he has planned in the future.
