Ronni, an agent with the CIA, works in the office specializing in communications and surveillance. In her spare time she invents various "toys" that might be of help to the agents both in the field and as personal protection. She had a knack for combining tech and small artifacts with low levels of magic to make something new, despite lacking any actual magical ability otherwise. At least,it was said she lacked magical abilities. They are all disguised as toys, as that makes the "cuter" (and harder to recognize!)

A GUMBY: Ronni yanked the toy hard on both sides. With a hiss, a thick, noxious green gas poured into the face of the first oversized man. He collapsed to the ground, coughing and squeezing his eyes shut.

A tiny BARBIE SHOE: Ronni threw the shoe at his feet and spun. The bright flash lit up the entire area, turning night into day. The second man fell to knees, holding his eyes. “I’m fucking blind.”

MY LITTLE PONY figurine: “We can interface with that. I took the last one I was using apart. It won’t last long if he does jam you, though. It’s one thing to make a device that bypasses the Company, but it’s much harder to create something that can beat broad-spectrum jamming.”It will by-bass jamming done by others, criminals, thieves, etc., so that the agent and Ronni will not lose contact.

PIKACHU: Receiver that she has modified for her own use, that receives subtle subcarrier information from the agent's transmitter. Can get a read on the agent's vitals (will know when they're dead). It can also pick up conversations and transmit the information remotely.” Daniel thought of Ronni and her Pikachu when he was trying to turn off the shot-gun effects, and a yellow lightning rodent popped into his mind.

NINJA TURTLE: Timothy pointed at a mirrored cube sitting on the edge of his desk. “That’s blocking sound, but it’s not blocking everything. This will make sure that even if people have visuals, they can’t read our lips later. If you’re going to be paranoid, might as well be damned thorough about it.” He pressed the back of the shell. As it had lost its colored bandana and weapon, Daniel couldn't tell which Turtle it represented.

A REAL THING: After Ronni and Big Gnome started working at the Rogue facility, they modified a communications device. When Daniel walked into the meeting room, several floating holographic displays ringed the table. Ronni and Big Gnome tapped away at virtual keyboards in the air (“Still not sold on the virtual keyboards. Need to do something about the lack of haptic feedback. It’s too weird otherwise.” “Maybe some gloves with pushback?”) They had thought that a better treatment of holographics would be more useful, so they modified the system to show a three-dimensional rotating wireframe holographic display of the Earth floating above the table. Flashing dots were spread all over it. These dots mark possible alien activity or artifacts.” The display had a hypnotic quality. The "Daniel Codex" (take-off on the Codex of the Sky Gods) was operational.
