We’ve just been informed that the infamous Jacob Leesom, a level-five bounty and necromancer known to hop bodies, has been apprehended by James Brownstone, who recently cleared out every Harriken in Los Angeles at the request of the Los Angeles Police Department.” Talks about Brownstone's contribution to DPD funds, activities, etc. Only appears once in this book.
