He Who Hunts, the Counci's assassin. Murderous. Floats,glowing red eyes peeking out of his robe and a hint of the red mist inside showing below his sleeves. He didn’t laugh unless it involved death. A summoned being, perhaps a creation of dark magics long forgotten. He lives to kill and seeks chaos. (See Groups, The Councilfor aims and goals.)
