Shay's Girls Group

InIFNE 01, , Shay was trying to find a more normal life, and she became acquainted with three other girls, Kara, Janelle and Bella. they went out dancing, drinking, and having a good time when possible. Only one incident with them in 01/15.

IFNE 02/11 Shay meets with the girls at the Silver Lake outpost of Alfred Coffee. They were going to hike the six miles of the Micheltorena Stairs, a rising series of colorful stairs flanked by trees on one side. A single red heart covered several stairs near the bottom and the top. Various colors of paint decorated the stairs in-between. Most are decorated and they all have their own history and flair.” The Micheltorena Stairs that had the words, in pursuit of magic stenciled on them. Some of the stairs were painted like piano keys, pointing out the song they were playing depending on where they stepped. The group worked their way to another set of bright blue stairs and headed up, swinging their arms and keeping a good pace. Everyone was sweating and their breathing was labored except for Shay. She had a sheen as she breathed easily, taking in long breaths and holding back from sprinting up the stairs. She could feel the ache in her calves. I should add stairs to the warehouse. Having normal friends was even better than meditation, taking her away from the darker parts of her life, but it did complicate things. No matter how close she grew to the women, they could never know the other side of her life. Shay’s plan was to create two fully formed lives till they both were the truth.
