As is known in the book, James LOVES BBQ, and goes to Jessie Rae's, in Las Vegas, (as does Michael Anderle), to get a "fix" when needed. (Yes, the place does exist, and is as good as it can get.) Michael tried to get some of the Jessie Rae's recipes, and was unsuccessful, so he put the word out to his fans, and was rewarded with eight fantastic recipes in the back of Book One, Feared by Hell. If you, too, need a "fix", these might help, but you'll have to beg, buy, borrow, or steal the book to get them.
