Trains
TSONM 03/1 As magic and magical beings became more prevalent on Earth, they introduced their own forms of transportation, one being magical trains. The stations and trains were entered and exited through magical portal, walls, through common businesses, such as Starbucks Coffee Shops. Stairways led down through various levels. They made their way down the staircases, pausing at several platforms where other staircases intersected. Each led to trains heading all over the world. People hurried off to different destinations. If a normal earth person were to touch one of the trains, they would go up in a puff of smoke. When it departs the station, it MOVES! (Suddenly it took off with a whoosh, blowing Shay’s hair back. The whole train was lit up with vibrant energy. The train moved fast, pushing her back against the seat.)
The trains made it possible for commuters to live a thousand miles from work and still get there in under an hour. People stood in the aisles and held onto the handrails attached to the ceiling as the train started up again. It only took a matter of minutes to go the entire distance across the country. Twelve minutes, Los Angeles to Charlottesville, VA. thirty-two minutes from Paris, France, the Charlottesville.
TSONM 07/01 Magic train cars are polished, red. The exits in every Starbucks were hidden in a large alcove near the bathrooms where there was a glamour making all of it invisible to any human coming down the short hall.
