Tessa Vansant

TUMB 06/12 Tessa Vansant was an evil witch, who vowed to defeat Brownstone. She wasn't really alive, but she wasn't dead, either - she considered herself to be above all of the boring, inconsequential "ghosts" who were around her on this world, and managed to kill quite a few of them before Maria Hall caught her.

An inconsequential looking brunette, who wore glasses. Carried an emerald-tipped wand. Specialized in calling up Sumerian Rabisu, evil monsters (giants covered with green scales. Their long arms were covered with sharp black protrusions, and they stared at the crowd with green and yellow vertical pupils), who threw green fire, burning and killing. Had healing powers to close wounds almost immediately. Was listed as a Level Five bounty after she killed her first group. Listed by Detectives West and Lafayette.

As Brownstone was out of town, Maria Hall and her AET team went after Tessa, and managed to kill her with a sonic grenade. Tessa's shields protected her against energy, but not against sound. .
