Her opinion of human culture: So many aspects of human culture lacked elegance. She was aware of some of the diversity that existed on Earth, but the lowest common denominator seemed to dominate all human cultures. Laena was right. Humans were barbarians. Sometimes interesting, but always inferior. It was time to harvest and improve Earth…one man at a time. Picks on Chuck. He ends up on her bed, a smile on his face, his throat slashed, and his blood empowering her. Something about drinking her victims’ blood satisfied her more than just leeching soul energy directly.
