Cara La Mont TUMB 05/9   Reporter, Detroit, Action First News.  “This is Cara Lamont, live in front of the Downtown Services Precinct Station of the Detroit Police Department. We’ve just been informed that the infamous Jacob Leesom, a level-five bounty and necromancer known to hop bodies, has been apprehended by James Brownstone, who recently cleared out every Harriken in Los Angeles at the request of the Los Angeles Police Department.”  Talks about Brownstone's contribution to DPD funds, activities, etc. Only appears once in this book.

Charles  TUMB 05/4     “I’m Charles, but everyone calls me Chuck.” First victim of the Widowmaker in her hunt for Brownstone. 

Daryl   TUMB 05/10     One of Trey's gang members he recommends for training as a bounty hunter for Brownstone Agency. 

Douglas Nestor   TUMB 05/3    A blond pretty-boy. Looked James up and down with obvious disdain. Obnoxious banker that Brownstone went to to set up accounts for Agency. Kept pushing for additional services from bank, such as loans for new building, set-ups, etc. Was offended by Brownstone's dress, demeanor, and James knew it. ''This is the guy I talked to on the phone? He looks like a douchebag.''

Jack Connors  TUMB 05/7   A con artist and low-level street hustler. One of first bounties Trey took in. Brownstone was there as well. Gave Jack to Trey to deliver. 

Jacob Leesom     TUMB 05/8     Bounty Brownstone took in while in Detroit. A necromancer. You see, he can switch into new bodies. He can’t just hop instantly—it requires some effort and like a day from what we understand, so you don’t have to worry about him jumping from body to body—but it means we have no idea what Leesom currently looks like. He could be a man or a woman. Elf or human. Young or old.” 
Brownstone called in by Lieutenant Walsh, of DPD, to capture. At least a Level Five of Six criminal. Brownstone, with Peyton's help, found him, and dispatched him, having to cut off his head to make certain that he was really dead.
